Really sorry for repost this one more time. Sorry for the incovenience. It is my fault that I did not think things clear before.

Thank for some really important suggestions from my members. Since there are too many characters in pool 3 and also not comparable to other 2 pools. Here is an emergency measure I think I need to do first. I will seperate the original pool 3 into pool 3 and pool 4 now.

Pool 3 turn into NIKKE character only pool.

Pool 4 turn into all other character pool.

Pool 3 and 4 will apply the same rule of pool 1 and 2.

Sorry again if my oversight make you feel incomfortable or inconvenience.

プール3はNIKKEキャラ専用プールに。

プール4は他のキャラクター専用プールにする。

プール3、4はプール1、2と同じルールを適用します。
