the magical skirt is a powerful tool that makes anything or anyone that puts it on-- legs! it only lasts as long as it is worn, but when taken off, the effects last for 2x as long as it was worn ( wear it for a day and take it off, the effects will last 2 more days). as for the additional feature... it appears when you feel embarassed / turned on, thus compounding the effect!
