To be fair the humans are killin them out of fear... if they KNEW someone was human before they shot them then they wouldnt get shot, also you cant say the parasites are killing humans for a cause which is nutrition when Tomura said parasites dint HAVE to eat humans.. they can eat normal food (just like she does) and be just fine. So they cant use that excuse anymore, Tomura found a way to coexist yet they still wanna eat humans when they dont HAVE too... so yeah theyre still bad
