[IMPORTANT] PLEASE READ if you DIDN'T get a DM from me despite already have been charged (Patreon)

Hello, guild members!

It has come to my recent attention that some of you might NOT received a DM from me containing the link(s) to the latest rewards.

This most likely have something to do with Patreon's new implementation of a 'Free Member' option. I rely on Patreon's Audience manager to filter paid/active members to send the DMs to.

HOWEVER, I have found out that, you CAN be filtered out by the manager IF you unsubbed / change your tier or switched to 'Free member'. There is a Patron who is labelled by the system as 'Free Member' OR '0$ per month', which gets filtered out when I was sending the DM on masse. Upon checking the Patron's payment history, they have indeed been charged for July 2024.

If you have been charged for a month and unsubbed and DID NOT get a DM on the 30th/31st of said month, please feel free to contact me so that you can get the reward you are charged for.

TL;DR

Didn't get reward DM but was charged, contact me via DM to get it. Issue caused by Patreon.
