Obviously the solo stages the boys sang their own solo songs. Jinwoo had his solo debut in 2019 with his digital single called, “Call Anytime” ft Mino. If you listen closely you hear Yoon harmonizing in the background and again in the ending chorus..I think you hear Hoony in it too. But yeah..I’m still waiting for a Jinwoo solo comeback. Yoon sang his recent solo song “Born To Love You” which he released March 2022 a month before this concert. It may sound familiar to you because Yedam played his version of the song in TMAP. So just like how Yoon composed “WAYO” and it became Yedam’s solo debut single. Yedam felt Yoon was a perfect fit for BTLY. We love song gifting between YG artists. IYAH was from long waited solo comeback in March 2020. It took his 8 years to finally release a full solo album. But it was freaking worth it! PAGE album is a masterpiece!! The second song he sang, was basically the song that skyrocketed him to popularity! It’s called “Instinctively”! He sang this when he was a then 16/17 year old in SuperstarK Season 2 back in 2010. His cover of the song became #1 in music charts and he was not even signed to a record label. He even won rookie of the year award for that song too. Yep he won rookie of the year!! Insane right? But yeah remember Yoon has already debuted as a solo artist in YG in 2013..remember him struggling and missing practice during WIN due to his solo promotions/activities? So you have A LOT to check out from Yoon + OSTs for web dramas and kdramas. Hoony of course sang his solo songs from previous WINNER mini albums. “FLAMENCO” is from CROSS mini album and “SERENADE” was from REMEMBER full album. Although SERENADE has been performed before by Hoony since 2014. YEP! That’s how long it took to finally have it properly recorded and put on an album. UGHH YG. It’s even more frustrating because Hoony has been working on his solo debut and album since 2019!! There was news that he was supposed to have a solo debut and album since last year, but it was delayed due to disagreements on the way to promote it. Even Hoony expressed his weariness/frustration with the delay. He really is excited and wanted to release his music to us and the world. He said it should really happen this year and he mentioned before summer. But NO UPDATES… not even the YG’s schedule for 2024 mentioned anything about HOONY solo debut. I’m so upset and sad for Hoony..I really do hope and pray for him to finally release his music. He also deserves to debut as a solo artist cuz he’s such a witty lyricist and unique composer. Of course MINO, since debut had his solo song on their debut album + MV for it as well as for to have a sub-unit with BOBBY..where also had a solo song called, “BODY” with MV. But his solo debut was actually in 2018 with XX full album with the 2nd song he performed in his solo stage called, “Fiancé”. The first song also came from XX album and it was called, “TRIGGER”. The 3rd song is from his 3rd solo comeback and full album TO INFINITY. and the song is called, “TANG”. His second comeback and full album is called TAKE with the title track “RUNAWAY”. He is also involved in a lot of great collaborations too!! Ohh and if you want member collaborations MINO and YOON + producer/composer ZICO did a song together for YOON’s drama PRISON PLAYBOOK, the song is called, “DOOR” and they do perform it, but in their JAPAN tour. 😆 They also do a song together for Yoon’s PAGE album and it’s called “BETTER”. 💯
