Wow, how cool are these? Had I joined the navy, would have preferred a sub, but these are fantastic. Takes a lot of hard work and maintenance to keep jets and planes able to fly.

This is beautiful! Thank you. I have always loved the documentaries on carrier ops. As a kid, I used to watch discovery and history channel back when they actually aired shows to their purpose. Many of them were war documentaries. Some of them included flight ops for American carriers. This reminds me of them, very much so. My brother served on the USS John F. Kennedy in the 80's, long story on his service life so won't go into it, but needless to say I saw many pictures of his work as a flight mechanic and it's always so fascinating!
