October 4th art update:

On stream Wednesday past, we showed off a ton of Dark faction cards. Seemed we had been neglecting them a little, so here’s the haul.

First we had another fantastic Gleb piece, showing the Secret Keeper plotting with Avarisa. Awesome perspective, amazing inks and that sorta of otherworldly touch that Domakhin gives has me really excited for this card.

Then we moved into another panoramic art piece from IXB. Ram the Gates and Sabotage are two sides of an attack on the same fortress. Personally I will never get tired of seeing Isiah’s explosions.

Covert Operation has a very lighthearted almost comedic vibe to it, and I love that Ray of Sand went in on something a little different here. I asked for the guard to be inept, but “distracted by a butterfly” inept is just too good!

Finally the Zi Tapestry has been brought to life. Arturo has really gone to a new level and I’m so happy seeing him work on “non map content.” This half run down grand hall displays an antique tapestry that hints at older and better times within the Dark faction lands. Amazing display with an awesome color palette, this card is going to be in play a lot!
