About the tier reward (Patreon)

In the meantime, there has been an opinion that 

the 3 dollar tier reward has no significant advantage over the 1 dollar one.

So I decided to change the reward for tier.

From now on, the $3 and $5 tiers will be able to get PSD files.

(And I decided to apply the new tier reward rule to the last month work too.)
