Maybe take a note from Deepthroat simulator and have that be a mini-game. To be honest, just being able to look at the models through my Oculus would be awesome! But otherwise, to start - being able to choose poses, clothes, different animations... nothing too fancy. I'd also be down for just short vids too, if the game becomes too daunting a task.
