I’ve really been looking forward to doing this one. A viewer named Luca sent me this vintage wooden puzzle from Sweden from the 1940s, and there is no picture on the box, so the only way to find out what the picture is would be to put it together. It was such a fun challenge (and such a welcome relief from last week’s nightmare of a puzzle!)

I’m also happy because this video marks the end of my sponsorship commitments for the year. The holidays are when a lot of companies have the budgets for sponsorship placements, so I always load up on as many as I can, since the first few months of the year can be pretty sparse. But, as well as a higher paycheck, that also leads to much more work shooting an additional segment, making sure all of the info is correct, and having the video finished early to run it past the brand for approval.

So I’m *this close* to being on vacation. I’m planning to film one more video just for fun next week which will be the biggest puzzle haul I’ve ever done. I’ve had boxes stacking up in my living room for like two months, and I’m so excited to finally open them.

And I know that I haven’t had a chance to film much exclusive content lately, but I did also film a casual vlog while doing a Christmas puzzle, so I’m finishing editing that and then it should be up later today. Keep an eye out for another post!

Great video. I'm glad to see you're enjoying your puzzling. Are you familiar with Stave Puzzles? They do wooden jigsaw puzzles with lots of special shaped pieces, usually related to the picture on the puzzle. We got my parents a custom puzzle with a collage of pictures, and they included lots of custom shaped pieces with skies and stuff. They also make them tricky, with pieces in the middle that look like edges, and pices on the edge that look like middles, etc. etc. They are kind of pricey (around ten dollars per piece) but they are very special puzzles

Yes, they're so expensive that I haven't done one yet, but it's definitely on my list.

Great puzzle from SWEDEN! Could you manufacture the missing piece using your jigsaw? That would make a fun video~
