Here is a little preview from my filming today, where I'm putting on my detective hat (literally) to tell the story of how I tried to track down a very rare Springbok puzzle.

Unfortunately, I had to record twice today. The first time I tried filming, I used a new microphone setup, and the audio was all over the place. I filmed talking straight to camera for like 40 minutes, and all of that footage had to be thrown out.

So, I went back to my old microphone, and I also decided to split that video up into two. Originally I was going to tell this story as a part of a video all about my solid-color puzzle collection, but I realized after looking at the initial footage that I had so much to say that if I did it all in one, the video would be like an hour long and way too much to edit for this weekend.

So, I decided to break it up into two. This weekend (the 6th) will be the story of my search for a very rare puzzle, and then next weekend (the 13th) will be a video about the rest of my solid-color puzzles, including lots of new tidbits right from the companies/puzzle creators that you won't find anywhere else.

Once I finish making that video, I'm going to get right to work on the 9000 piece Minions puzzle and work on that throughout February. I'm so excited to get started on it!
