I drank two big mugs of milk, ate a piece of nettle cheese and a bowl of yoghurt with red berry sauce. My belly if stuffed with dairy! And dairy really makes my stomach rumble and growl loud. So let's listen!

What I feel happening is this: First my belly is calm, it's happy and stuffed full of nice food and drinks. Right when I lay down to make this video, I hear a loud rumble. I feel it moving from left to the middle of my belly. That's a good sign! But it's a little quiet after that. In the beginning, I feel bubbles and little movements in my stomach. Small, quiet little sounds.  Then I feel liquid bubbles, it's like I have a tub of milk in my belly, which well, I do... hahaha so I juggle my belly to see if you can hear it. But the sloshing isn't that loud, I think my belly is too full.  After a while I feel the bubbles and movements in my tummy shifting. So I place the stethoscope where I hear and feel movements in me. It reminds me a little of when I had a baby in there, sometimes I didn't know if the movements were from digestion or my baby! Isn't that weird.

A couple of times I feel a distinct movement from the bubbles, it's usually when there is a loud noise. Since it became silent, I touched my belly and shifted to my left side and indeed, the rumbles got louder and I felt bubbles and gurgles moving downwards to the left.  When I move my belly I feel very full and stuffed, but I'm hoping it will help the rumbles. So sometimes I do it. It feels like my stomach is so full, it hangs down when I'm on my side.  At moments the rumbles are longer and they kind of tickle my belly from the inside. It feels funny and sweet.

My belly feels a cold because it's bare the whole time. So I place a warm hand on top of it. That feels nice, comforting and relaxing. When I breathe in deep I feel the milk and cheese moving around in there, I move my belly and the food inside. I move the stethoscope and press it down, I feel bubbles escaping from underneath it.  At the end it doesn't feel like much is happening anymore. I feel my belly is happy, but I don't hear a lot of rumbles and I don't feel movements, so I decided to stop.

This is a request video. Thanks for watching, sweetheart!
