A confession & ASMR - Very Personal Heartbeat ECG Recording | Heartbeat (Patreon)

This is the only exam I was allowed to film in the hospital when I went to the cardiologist to check my heart. It was a super scary day and one of the scariest I've ever had. I had to go alone, because of COVID and had to keep myself sane and calm. I was thinking of you and sharing the tests with you which helped. I concentrated on my breathing and told myself I will make sure everything will be ok.  

Mainly, I didn't want to have to tell my daughter something is wrong. Luckily, a few hours later that day, my cardiologist called me to say I have a really strong heart. So it's not a murmur, it's powerful blood flow from my heart to my aorta! :D Yay! And the palpitations are all stress-related. So I was ordered to take it easy(er?). In the same month, I was told I have a burn-out and this is one of the symptoms. So I knew I really had to listen to the doctor and psychologist. So my only work now is my streaming channels. I can't bear to let you down.

So, if it was scary, your heart should be beating at increasing rate - just like when playing that horror game on computer before?

Indeed, Mark, and at first, it was. But I know that if I wouldn't calm down, the doctors might get really worried. So I tried the best I could, to close my eyes and focus on my breath to relax and calm myself down. That way, they could have the best look at my heart. When I first got there I'm sure my heart was racing. But here I was laying down, trying to relax. You can still see it's pretty fast.

Just recently, before Halloween, desperately keen to watch Nightmare on Elm Street remake (Freddy Krueger movie not many people favourite it) anyway lead female protagonist as mom working as some doctor I recalled if you made video viewers as favourite patients, yet also thought you in patient having another check-up with another recording of your heart rate 😨👩🏼‍⚕️💓 Yet Eric Ortiz right that last thing you need is more stress, just starting to think of some like concept having mom as doctor and or another one of these check-up with your heart videos

Maybe I didn't made myself clear in posts' comment sections in few hours ago: I meant I was hoping you'd make another recording of your heart like during a tense check-up which you're nervous of 💓 (bit like that horror game you played), yet seems tricky doing that I also hoped you in doctor role👩🏼‍⚕️, and try not to get stress on your heart

Ah, it was a request. Indeed, I didn't get that. I'll put it on my list for you, Mark. It's hard to do a stressed, tense check up video without stressing. 😅 But I can be a mom docter for sure! I'm finally getting less heart palpitations now that I've been online and working very little so I'm trying to keep it going this way so I'll be better able to film later. And to feel better. There's also still a LOT of work to be done in the house... 🏠
