This is Codeking's request featuring Hayato Kazami from GPX-something anime. He has that adorable 90's anime protagonist hair and racing suit is definitely relevant to my interest!

The request is that he just won a race but at the expense of...having to hold it in...because well, you know, once you're on a race, it's pretty intense and you prolly won't have a chance to relieve yourself, huh?

Although the CG set might reveal that there's something else he had to endure.... ;)
