Meeting the new Rival! (Patreon)

When I saw Blue showing up in the new Pokemon game with his rad new boots redesign, you know I just had to draw him! And I'm sure that Trace would get along very well with him. But Blue better train him to be a better rival! Rough him up a bit ;)
