What's a futuristic cyberpunk utopia without cool techwear getup and some hi-tech entertainment facility to keep the disgruntled population happy, while doubling as a seed collecting machine to help with population decline? After all, with robot taking over all the jobs there are just a few things that only humans can provide...

This is not what really happens in the game, but compared to their actual way to extract "energy", I'd say this is a more sustainable and...consentual method ;)
