These pics are a few months old (back from July/ august) before I started my new workout routine and I am pretty happy with how I've been able to improve
Since it was my birthday I have put on at least an extra 78kg of cake weight but that doesn't matter🤣
In all seriousness, I thought I would show these because of the fact I am not happy with how I looked back then. I know it isn't necessarily bad but I still feel like I wasn't happy myself there. Even I have days where I am not feeling the best or I am not at my peak potential. However as long as you keep going with how you want to be and make healthy changes, that shouldn't matter. Love your body no matter what
