Well, this ending was quite the task actually, a good chunk at the end here in these last three chapters, I have to warn you about the epilogue as I want to make sure you all know about it prior to reading, if you don't want to know the spoiler, don't read the tag :) 

So Chapter 15 is a continuation

Chapter 16 is the finale

Chapter 17 is the epilogue
