I just joined as a supporter. excellent job overall. I have a doubt. The inspiration to develop max the elf has some inspiration in "witch girl" (very cool side scrolling game too)

Max the Elf is indeed inspired by those kind of games. The very original was "Jungle Girl" on Newgrounds, then came "Demon Girl". After those very old games, Kooonsoft made their own series with "Angel girl, Shinobi girl, Witch Girl and Warrior girl", maybe others too!
