A huge part of the appeal of hypnosis for me is that i don't have to be me. I don't particularly like being me and I've never been comfortable in my own skin. I'm listening to this because i've had a stressful anxious time having to deal with some complicated important stuff that had to be done over the phone, which filled me with dread so much that i could feel my heart racing...I've always been a poor verbal communicator in any setting even worse by phone and prefer to resolve issues online. As usual Sir you talk so much sense, what is so lovely is that you are so non judgemental. Although i have little interaction with anyone other than with the exception of special people I trust and I'll only speak when spoken to, a childhood rule that never left me. I'm not impolite just uncomfortable around others...but i don't judge people by their behaviour... well mostly... i believe in the old adage walk a mile in my/their shoes... I think though in order to be yourself you have to like yourself first. Through listening to you and your wealth of wisdom i am trying to be a bit kinder to myself and not so critical of my mistakes in life... you know Sir sometimes i think maybe when i listen to spanking files I'm in a way punishing myself for finding things i want to learn hard, but I've been concentrating on my focus and keeping my mind as quiet and clear because when it is i can hear and absorb what you are saying so much better and files i have listened to before seem so much different and clear, i must have missed so much because of intrusive thoughts and distraction, and I'll never tire of saying you are an inspiration and make me feel that the light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer instead of further away as it sometimes seems. Submissive recharge and my little beam of light in Programming preparation help immensely they have a way of patching things up...Oh i could only dream of having one ounce of your wisdom and confidence :) Thank you Sir ♥️
