Sir, this file is a little gem. Feeling just a teeny bit sorry for myself today, laying in bed trying to recover from emergency painful laser surgery on my eyes, I was in need of some extra comfort your comforting soothing voice was like a local anaesthetic on my mind and helped me rest more peacefully along with pain relief and total relaxation on my list for this evening. And yes Sir you are amazing and you do so much good with your work. So Thankyou

I've listened to this one a few times and for whatever reason I can't seem to hold onto the words. But I feel better after listening, soothed. I do vaguely remember hugs... Do you benefit from hugs you don't really remember? And is it okay to hug back?

This is good to have. I wonder if you'll one day make a file about dealing with existential anxiety....then again what could you say to someone dealing with an existential crisis?
