*smiles* in reference to the title alone i lost my marbles along with the plot years ago. If one marble equals one thought then i have a mountain of marbles and if i lost one i would replace it with another. I have to concede that after almost two years of being patron my mind and marbles are a bit of a lost cause with regards to trying to silence thoughts when i listen to you. I've reconciled in my mind that I'm not going to win the fight and rather than the immense frustration it causes, it's easier to just give in and let my mind win, and well, it shouldn't be that way around . I hope one day my mind and it's marbles will have an epiphany and conform and do the right thing the right way around ... :) I love the analogy of thoughts being marbles and my mind scurrying to pick them up but at the same time telling myself to leave them, made me smile, loved it. An adorable wonderful idea Sir you are so inventive! ♥️

It's actually an analogy that I heard from ADHD people.

Really, how interesting. There are some similarities with MDD and ADHD, problem focusing is a good example and i could relate to and understood the analogy well. However regardless of the origin of the analogy your interpretation and how it comes across within the file is impressive Sir, as is how you explain things in general. ❤️
