It's fixed! WOOHOO! New users will get their emails within a day, after payment of course.

TLDR: There is STILL some delay before you get your passcode. - However, I've MANUALLY added all the 40 new patrons and re-activated the returning one.

Update 6: 2017-06-16 - It's fixed, so now approval and getting emails will happen automatically. Generally new patrons will have their access code within a day (within 12 hours ideally).

Update 5: 2017-06-15 - So I can finally contact Patreon again, apparently. Still no answer on previous messages so sent a new one. Also manually sent out the new people again. 40 in total now.

Update 4: 2017-06-12 - And currently nobody can actually contact Patreon. So I suppose they know something is wrong. I did manage to get the payout, I will keep updating you.

Update 3: 2017-06-11 - STILL No news from Patreon. Still haven't recieved any money or news from them. Trying to contact them again.

Update 2: 2017-06-09 - No news from Patreon. As a sidenote: I haven't recieved my money yet either. (it normally arrives on the 6th). 

Update 1: 2017-06-07 - Sent a mail to Patreon support with the full list of 18 new users. I have a way to compare them, but it's frustrating that they aren't updated in the API.

Also, I haven't received my own money from Patreon yet either (I usually get it late on the 5th or early on the 6th, it's now the 7th. Therefore I assume it's part of the escrow thing.

A few of you (6 of you to be exact) joined me after June 1st 2017 and already paid! Wow!

However, there is a delay in parsing this payment information. I've already made a ticket with the support office of Patreon to find out if this is a structural error OR if this is because I just turned on "instant payment", and there's a 5 day escrow on it.

For these 6 people I ask a bit of patience as they will get access (very probably) on Tuesday.

I am, however, carefully monitoring this issue. Thank you, 2 of the 6 who have pointed out they were lacking a code which lead me to investigate this.

On a more technical level... It also made me work on a double-check/monitoring system that I can check in these cases to see if the Patreon automatic interface matches the actual values. So thanks!

It's more that I'm worried about this being the rule rather than the exception. If so, I'll have to say to new users that it takes a while.

do you know if its been fixed? I just signed up and was hoping to start listening today in prep for an event that I'm going to this evening where the suggestions more than likely would come in handy.

It will take, even in the best scenario, between 12 and 24 hours. Also, I posted this *today*. 2 hours ago. So no, it's not been fixed yet. I'm very sorry.

I paid yesterday and I still have no pass code either, just so you know. So it's still a problem.

Yes, I have kept my eyes on it. I haven't recieved my Patreon payout either. Which I usually get before now. So I *assume* this is because of the escrow. I have, however, requested an update from Patreon (see edited text).

Is there any update, or an eta on the rest of escrow time? Just curious and I'm looking forward to the files. Love your work btw. Hope this hasn't stressed you out too much!

Correct, I did an update yesterday late at night. I'm keeping on top of this. It's just as annoying for me as for you. As I really want people to have access! I apologize, even though it's not me that can fix it (frustrating!)

I know the money has left and cleared my account for several days now... is there something WE can do to help facilitate patreon actually responding to your inquiry perhaps by contacting them ourselves too?? Its a little unnerving to know that I paid for a service that I still don't have accesd to 5 days later... but said service has my money... what else can we do to help get the ball moving?

I'm hoping that Monday the people will wake up. I can verify that you paid. And I am working hard to get it done. Fortunately once this is solved it should be fixed automatically.

Could this have impacted those who already had access Sir? Mine seems to have been cleared from the browser (could just be my phone?) Either way I can't find a way to reactivate it myself.
