I forgot to do the assignment last Tuesday, so had to start again. Being a little absent minded at times i guess I need a reminder to know my place. Counting down has an almost instantaneous effect on my mind and I get very drowsy, after the last counting down and on the command to sleep, and what I can only describe as being pulled down sharply , my tired mind had no choice but to comply. Usually after a command to sleep I would toss and turn or just stay awake. Getting to sleep is the hardest part so this looks promising, i did wake up again later, I just listened again. Looks like I was obedient, and I followed instructions, and now back in my place. Thankyou Sir for sending me to sleep for a little while.

You know I forgot how much of a tease you are, but uploading files that can only be properly listened to on specific days of the week that we have to wait for is sort of cruel. Like Tantalus and the food just out of his reach, though at least we will get our gift so it's not so bad.
