The ladies get stuck holding it when their game master wont allow them to go use the bathroom. Are they gonna need to buy new chairs after this?

The players are Martha, Ms. Garner, and her sister Charlotte Garner (the pink pigtail woman from the Sushi animation). The master is Amelia (the red-haired scientist from the scientist animation). Here's the synopsis since visuals a pretty necessary to understand the plot:

The animation starts at the game table, Martha, Charlotte, and Amelia all really need to take a dump, Ms. Garner really really needs to pee. Martha asks if she can go to the bathroom, and Amelia denies her, telling everyone to go in their pants, nobody is leaving this table until the session is complete. To show she's serious, she poops her pants in front of everyone.

Cut to a spinning clock, as more hours go by, and fade into a fantasy dungeon. Echoing farts can be heard, the camera pans down to the players, all in fantasy garb, and desperately holding themselves. Unable to hold it anymore, Martha poops her barbarian loincloth, Ms. Garner pisses her rogue pants, and Charlotte craps in her mage robes. Cut back to reality where everyone at the table is sitting there going to the bathroom in their pants.
