Hi! Thank you all so much for your months and months of support! Your patronage lets me do animation like a full time job, which I appreciate because I love doing it, and its also a job that allows me to manage my chronic leg/arm pain since I can work from home and limit my physical activity.

Regarding the poll, a lot of Patreon artists release their work to the public (outside of Patreon) after only 1 month of being posted exclusively to Patreon. I've never wanted to do that, and I still don't, because I want to make sure that I'm giving patrons a good value for their money. You all generously help me out, and help these animations get made, so I try to provide as many perks as I can.

However, my first Patreon animation (the Pauline one) is now 20 months old, if you can believe it! With your permission, I'd like to start posting old animations in full to Twitter/Youtube once they're older than 20 months. Of course, NEW animations would still be exclusively posted to Patreon, and they would only be released publicly 20 months after their Patreon premiere. This means animations would still have a very long exclusivity period for patrons.

The reason I want to do this is basically to fight the Twitter/Youtube algorithms. All my time is devoted to Patreon content (as it should be), so I really only post on Twitter to advertise when a new animation comes out on Patreon. Algorithms dislike when people don't post much, so I don't get as much traffic, which means less people are aware of the Patreon. The boost in pledges I get each month from advertising outside of Patreon genuinely helps make the difference between a living wage and an unlivable wage. I'm not in it for profits, but I need a certain amount each month for rent/food/etc.

Also, it should be noted that I'm only talking about releasing old Animations publicly. Everything else would stay exclusive, that includes Animation Suggestion Boxes, Polls, Drawing Request Boxes, Drawings, and WIP Stuff.

Of course, I value all your opinions on this, I have no idea how much long-term exclusivity matters to you personally, and would like to know. Vote in the poll, and comment if you want to let me know what you think.

TLDR;
I'd like to release old Patreon animations to Twitter/Youtube 20 months after they premiere on Patreon. This would help me advertise the Patreon more effectively, which is useful for making a living wage. Vote below to tell me what you think, as I value your opinion, and comment if you have any issues or recommendations regarding this idea.

Gone Overdone

Seeing this, I now know that what I’ve been seeing on YouTube isn’t you. Someone’s been posting your stuff on YouTube with a sort of generic name as the title like ‘Oops she clogged the toilet’ and it’s the Peach and Daisy animation.

Yes, my official Youtube channel is @BizarroParadise https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC46QfpxRpAw_PGCvhQ__O1w Unfortunately as a small content creator there's little I can do to shut down pirates, I appreciate those who support me in spite of it.
