Update 1.166 with Gallery (Patreon)

Howdy, folks!  It's been a while since I've made an update post, but I'm finally back with one!

- Dwayne Day 15 - There's just a whole variety of things going on here for you to check out, so the best thing to do is to dive in and look!

- Updated the 'Extras' stuff a little bit.  When you choose the bonus days, I updated how those choices are displayed on screen (from the black screen with menu boxes to something that looks alright).

- The CG image galleries have all been updated finally!  One step closer to the image gallery working properly.

- Day 3 Dream Update!  So far, this is only on Coach Grifter's route, but you'll see something new at the end of the Day 3 dream sequence, so be sure to go take a look at that.

Thank you all so much for the support and kind words and well wishes over the last little while.  It really means a lot to me and the husband to hear all of it.  He's doing a lot better now, and we're in the process of getting the medication and help that he needs to continue along the path of recovery.  Things are so, soooo much better than they were, so again, thank you all for everything <3
