Update 1.160 (Patreon)

Howdy, folks!  Here I am with another Richard update for ya.

- Richard Day 18 - You know, with Richard working most of the day away, you have that time to spend with other friends to see what they are up to.  You'll see more of that today!

- Aside from his update, I just correct some minor typos and whatnot in his and Dwayne's previous days.

- Important info for the next few updates!

In mid September, an out-of-country friend will be visiting.  His visit falls around when I'd normally do a mid-month update. To prevent myself from stressing over it, I'll be updating a little oddly.

The next update will be on the 5th next month with Dwayne, then Richard will be on October first.  I'll have a few extra days mixed in there, so where I'd usually mix in another housekeeping update, I'll just throw in extra stuff between the Dwayne and Richard updates.

Then, as is tradition, I won't be updating #ExcA during the month of October, and it'll be on hiatus until I do another update for it on November 16th! Instead, I'll be working on another mini project for October.  I have some ideas for it already, so we'll see how that goes.

- Life Updates

Some of you might remember back in May or so when I posted about a bad case of vertigo.  The  symptoms never fully went away, so I went to see the doctor about it earlier this month, and I was told it was most likely Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). For the most part, I have it under control and am feeling mostly normal now, but it's something that is likely to come back and may never fully go away.  It's something I can manage though, and it's not something extremely serious!  I just get these odd bouts of dizziness depending on how my head is positioned. Ultimately, I'm okay!  It's just inconvenient sometimes.

The hubby is doing a lot better too, but his condition is a bit different worse off than mine. He has a condition called Pauci Immune Glomerulonephritis.  It's a form of chronic kidney disease that seems to be linked to his vasculitis.  In short, since he was in the hospital, his kidney function has improved drastically, but he needs to stay on meds for blood pressure. On top of that, he's supposed to get a shot of some really pricey drug sometime soon too as part of the treatment to help keep things from getting worse (Rituxam, I think?).  We're keeping our fingers crossed that he doesn't need to get many, but all in all, we're more hopefully that it does the trick to help keep his health on the positive side.  He's accepting Ko-Fi donations to help with the overall medical bills (Yay for US healthcare!).  Any support there is appreciated, even if it's just spreading the word >> https://twitter.com/Hyperwolfstar/status/1690732801086152704?s=20
