Glad you got a chance to listen to it! RTJ is always a fun ride, I think 4 is their best, the released it in 2020 when they had a lot to say

Now you're ready for easily their best, RTJ4.

Like yourself, i've not quite been feelin' like myself lately... This was wholesome as fuck tough. Thanks Bob

Bob, thank you for your reactions! Could you do something with sound levels of your videos? Your voice is too loud in the mixing and the music is too quite. Watching this video I’ve got to turn the sound up to the maximum and it isn’t still enough for a proper listening. Thank you! Sorry for my English

One of the first albums outside of the mainstream that I ever listened to. I remember openin Reddit the day they surprise-dropped this and being blown away by it.

Also if you want to hear more of El-Ps production you should really check out Cannibal Ox - The Cold Vein. It one of the foundations for modern abstract rap and will put you in a good spot to explore modern day artists in that lane (like some more of Earl’s stuff, Billy Woods/Armand Hammer, Mach-Hommy).

I just wanna say keep doing what youre doing i love these reactions and of all the people doing the same sort of video format i enjoy yours the most. Since you did J dilla donuts It would be cool if you did The shining by J dilla my personal favorite j dilla projects and 'So far To go' is one of my favorite songs all time.

I listened to Run The Jewelz 1-4 twice in two days just for this. I also stumbled upon the podcast "What Had Happened Was" by Open Mic Eagle interviewing El-P going through these albums one by one. Loooved the insights and the creative humble energy ... RTJ is special... Can't wait for Bob's reaction to RTJ4, definitely in the top two so far for me right there with RTJ2

Great reaction! Would love to see a reaction to Cheat Codes, its a collaboration album by producer Danger Mouse and rapper Black Thought of The Roots. Has tons of great beats and really great lyrics along side them (Run the Jewels also feature on the album). Keep up the awesome reactions!

Or Black Thoughts album released yesterday with El Michels Affair" Glorious Game...its only 31 minutes...sounds like a streaming option??!!

I love 3 and 4 more than 1 and 2, but they're all so good it could honestly go either way.
