At the very end, I do a reaction to the "Not Like Us" music video as well (see time stamp). I'll post that to YouTube as well though, so however you wish to watch that.

Wild ride, y'all. Enjoy!

In terms of him maturing as an artist and as a human, he has. This is very different from any of his recent albums where he's not doing most of this. It's literally him bringing back his whole edgy persona from the 00's kind of in an attempt to show that it's outdated and doesn't really work anymore. He's mainly doing this for fan service for all the people saying he fell off and they miss the old Slim Shady version of Em. This isn't "just who Eminem is" at all

Vocally he's more like a snare drum. Where I here Kendrick more like toms. With more inflection changes and space.

Hey Bob. When you were showing off the albums you owned of him, i realised you didn't have The Eminem Show. I think you should eventually check it out. I'm sure this is an album of his you'll actually like. Other than 1 (maybe 2 arguably) songs, there isn't any Slim Shady. He also doesn't rap fast in that album and approaches it with a much more steady and "slow" rhythmic flow. The production on that album is amazing and the lyrical content too, so I think you'll enjoy that album because it has what you're asking for : a lot less shock value and no "fast" rapping. There are also a few songs where you hear grit and anger in his voice which is a critique you've said you wished there was more of in rap. To entice you further, one of the songs has an Aerosmith sample and a guitar solo from one of their guitarists which I know you'll love.
