Chelsea may not be the type of girl who would able to point out the latest geopolitical hotspots on a map, or be one with whom you could delve into hours of philosophical debate, but if your just looking for a fun time, you'd be hard pressed to find someone who knows the city better than her. When she is not living life to its fullest and enjoying the city's night life, Chelsea loves to cosplay her favorite heroines!

Chelsea comes with a standard card, a Next-Gen Shader 3 card, and if you manage to catch it, her Tifa cosplay card.
