Customized Stories (Patreon)

Hey all. I'm not sure if I'll ever do commissions, but there have been enough repeated offers of people willing to contribute to specific ideas they really really want that I'm strongly considering it.

Key thing is, I don't want to do one-offs about very specific fantasies. First and foremost, I want to build out sets that appeal to me, because that's what people have come to trust me to deliver. Through that, they will appeal to everyone else. This means whatever the story is has to pass my internal filter. So ideally, I'd like to set thresholds that require multiple contributors, because that way I can validate it's what people want in general.

However, I can't set per-creation based goals at the same time as monthly.   I also don't want to open up a new tier if I can't know ahead of time what I'd be promising for it, because then I couldn't guarantee that I'd deliver it.

So, all you people dm'ing me here and on DA, I hear you loud and clear - you're willing to contribute more to get something specific in exchange. So the question is... how am I supposed to do this? What do you think should happen?
