Real Estate Cover and drafts (Patreon)

finished sketching the comic today, and was able to complete the cover!  here's some WIP stuff and the finished cover.  I'll be inking and coloring the rest of the comic this week, and hope to be finished by the 6th of may!

I've included the first sketch I made because I really liked that idea for the cover, but I was worries it was a little TOO creepy.  maybe I'll make an alternate if I'm still feeling it towards the end.
