Premium Tier Updates (Patreon)

At the end of the month, Rat Warrior and Rat General (now known as Old Rat Warrior and Old Rat General) will be deleted.  The new tiers to replace them (named the same) will cost slightly more and have a lower member limit. This is to help balance out my income and workload when it comes to Patreon, as right now it would be more beneficial for me to simply remove those 2 tiers entirely without a replacement.
