From the enlightenment of the Qing Dynasty palace drama, I also became interested in the history of the Qing Dynasty, so I hope that these palace maid clothes I made can also meet the requirements of historical fact.

Therefore, after looking through many documents, as well as some historical photos and various references to Qing palace dramas, the final style was finally decided.

The conclusion is that the elements are elegant, and their simplicity cannot be overstepped. The colours are green (spring and summer), camel, brown, and purple-brown (autumn and winter). The shoes are black flat Manchu shoes, also called ingot shoes.

However, the information on the palace maids is not comprehensive, and the historical photos do not show the specific colour. Not to mention what kind of clothes each level wears, what kind of patterns are embroidered... It is almost impossible to find any reference.

So I can only use my imagination to draw. Yes, a lot of the embroidery was done by myself... and it took a long time. There are 11 levels in total (this level can be found in historical documents), so there are 11 styles of clothes in total.

I hope you will like it!
