The Darklord Mikogami gave us both a long stare before he looked to Yukari and spoke. "I understand you are a child Yukari. But I made sure you were forewarned about the dangers of this school and how people can and do regularly do die... So I have to wonder, why even with my personal warning to be sent through your parents. That you decide to form a vendetta in cursing an actual dragon..."

Mikogami looked at Yukari in utter amazement as his hands slowly and crisply clapped together a couple of times as he continued with a form of utter fascination filling his voice. "Truly, for a genius, I had no idea you could be so foolish little Yukari... You a little witch with neither a grand ritual or magical catalyst dared to curse an S-ranked monster within full view of him."

There was a long silence as Mikogami let his words sink into Yukari's head before he looked away from the cowering witch that was only standing under the weight of his gaze only by hiding behind me partially and holding onto my school uniform. And then he looked at me.

"And you Jake... I am curious, why did you bother to bring her to me? When you could have just as easily dragged her into the forest and do what you will with her? You didn't have much mercy for Seizou after all." He finished with an obvious question in there unlike how his speaking to Yukari was basically rhetorical.

I took a breath and answered frankly. "As you said, I didn't have much if any mercy for Seizou. But for one Yukari is still a child, and as for why I brought her to you..." I shrugged and said honestly. "I brought her to a teacher and she refused to see reason, if you will not sort her out, I have little choice but to do it myself," I said with a frown.

Yukari was an utter brat. But there was no changing the fact that she was indeed a genius and allowing a genius witch with a vendetta against you go free able to do what she wished sounds like an utterly terrible idea.

So in essence, I had to either kill her as I refuse to be cursed endlessly or find a way to bind her magic or something to make her a non-factor.

At my explanation, Mikogami slowly nodded before he chuckled with a hand rapping his hidden fingers on the thick wooden table of his desk with each finger tap being like a bullet going off in our ears as Mikogami's youki stirred within himself and I felt Yukari's hold on me tighten.

"Jake... You are the first dragon, I have seen in literal millennia, the rest were all hunted down like dogs for ingredients to be used in powerful weapons, rituals and potions. But dragons being living beings of almost pure energy have some interesting facets to them... Like what you have down to little Mai Aono in giving her some of your power." He spoke as he looked from me to Yukari.

"Now Yukari!" He said clapping his hands in obvious anticipation to end this conversation. "I don't want Jake to have to kill you for your stupidity!" He said with a wide smile that couldn't be disguised with his hood over his head. "I would normally not interfere, but with you being admittedly a highly talented witch who could lead to Jake being in danger, and thus Jake rightfully pulling your pretty head off your shoulders by the end of the day. I only see one solution in this scenario." As he finished speaking he stood up gracefully and his form blurred and as he stood beside me I instinctively swiped at the dark lord with my hand turning into a large dragon claw.

A loud crash rang out as the ground beneath our feet shattered sending wooden splinters everywhere but the Principal just chuckled as he caught the draconic claws that were aimed at his head with one hand, and without missing a beat he continued. "So Yukari, you will now be Jake's magical tutor while forming a familiar bond with him, with you being the familiar." He made sure to clarify.

Yukari staggered from behind me and then she whispered. "I-"

But the principal cut her off with his youki flaring and my shoulders sunk and the ground cracked even more as Mikogami's voice came out dull and utterly bored. "Little witch... Do not say a word. This is to be your fate now." Then with that same insane speed as before, Mikogami poked Yukari in the arm making her cry out as his finger went through her all but human flesh like it was nothing leaving Mikogami's finger covered in the witch's blood.

And without giving the witch a single glance Mikogami blurred back to his desk and began using Yukari's blood to draw a page thick with runes and other magical symbols that hummed with power to my senses.

In all of this, I had one thought. And I took a deep breath and spoke frankly. "Mr. Principal, why forcefully keep Yukari near me... Wouldn't expelling her to a human school or something be for the best?" I asked with some confusion and Mikogami's bloodied fingerwork didn't slow as he answered nonchalantly.

"Oh, I know you youngsters like to get busy at a young age, and frankly... I am very invested in seeing your own race flourish again Jake, I cannot say how much I regret inadvertently helping drive your race to extinction due to how pieces of your kind ground into ink make talismans and rituals more than five times more potent..." Mikogami rambled and my face went utterly fucking flat as he continued.

"So yes, in any case, you the big strong dragon will feed Yukari bits of your passive mana and Yukari will fall in love with you over time and while she teaches you how to avoid being entrapped with magic you will fill her womb with your seed in what... A couple of years? The age of consent is still thirteen in Japan ?" He asked Yukari who... Yeah, even I had no fucking words for Mikogami's shameless bullshit.

But even as I went to say something to the effect of stopping this insanity Mikogami's eyes snapped to mine and his voice came out coldly and with zero inflection. "Jake... It's either this, you kill the girl here and now. Or you can stop me with your own power." He said with his eyes lightning up in a bright glare of power that made my instincts scream to get the hell out of here.

'This bastard, Kishin!' I mentally cursed as the literal demon god was up to some real bullshit and although I didnt want to go along with this at all. What could I do?

I was stuck, I didn't want to kill Yukari for simply be a bisexual jealous brat whose crush was being stolen away. And to put simply... Tenmei Mikogami was one of the ten strongest beings on this planet, I really had all but zero chance in beating him in a straight fight.

Especially if he had filled his offices with wards or curses to help him should he get jumped or something.

"Disregarding my own feelings about this... Do you want a talented mage with a vendetta against you?" I asked wryly as Mikogami seeing me not move went back to work.

And without a single look at me, Mikogami responded plainly. "I have spent literal centuries crafting wards around myself to keep myself safe from the thousands of monsters I have offended over the millennia, Yukari Sendo for all that she is a talent won't be an issue as I won't have the hesitancy to pluck her head from her shoulders once she gains the power to actually affect me in the slightest."

That was it. Mikogami was a Kishin, or Oni god of destruction and cannibalism... He had calmed down greatly in these years but at his core, he was a monster who wouldn't blink at removing a problem should it be directly playing against his interests.

With that said, Mikogami had seemingly finished his rune page and he lifted it into the air and the swirling runes and magical glyphs on it made my head spin at the sight of its complexity. "Congratulations on the new pet witch Jake Bariss. Haaa it actually reminds me of my younger days when I took some beautiful priestess... Good times haha." He chuckled as the runic page broke apart into the air then swirled around our bodies and although I flared my mana as they attached to my body as well as Yukari's.

I realized that flaring my mana only made the runes burrow deeper into my flesh quicker and with a grimace I took a breath didnt resist while mentally promising to myself. 'I am going to bury your remains at the Inari shrine to be baked by the holy aura there.' I thought with a smile knowing the future release of Alucard was only a matter of time.

The runic formula had sinked into my body and Yukari finally spoke as her own runes faded easily into her body without the magical resistance my own form had. "You are a bully..." She said softly.

For a long moment, there was silence as Mikogami stared at Yukari without any of the Youki-filled weight as before, and then the monster lord burst into laughter. "Hahaha! Yes I am a bully indeed, so hate me if you wish little Yukari. Now go children." He said with all levity leaving and without a word I grabbed Yukari and carried her out of the room.

After Jake and Yukari left the room, Mikogami snorted as he relaxed into his chair and his glowing eyes faded slightly as his clawed fingers tapped on the armrests of his chair.

"Little brats." Mikogami chuckled as he could imagine the awkward face of Jake who was now stuck with the rambunctious witch. "In either case, having new dragon materials... Could be very important." He muttered as his mind went to Moka's Rosario seal and the fact that it was a keystone to keep Dracula sealed away.

And how having an unwilling ego in the True Moka sealed away within the Rosario was a simple recipe for the seal breaking over time due to Moka wanting to be free.

Unbidden own wounds stung as he recalled that great battle with the other two dark lords in Akasha Bloodriver, and Touhou Fuhai. And he was well aware that they couldn't defeat Dracula directly with how the monster had the traits and abilities of almost all monsters including dragons, phoenixes, and other mythical creatures that had been rendered extinct over the years.

"Now... Should I should push Kuyo and him to clash sooner or later?" He muttered as he idly realized that Kuyo with his status as a kitsune would hate that a true dragon was strutting around the school without paying him respect and submitting to him with the pride he had.

Aeonstorm

Wow I think that was pretty close to what I guessed last chapter. Well I hope that they both learn something from this, but given Yukari’s character Im not sure what MC could have done.

Rockinalice

Nah he doesn't have to push anything, just sit back wave up some Popcorn and enjoy the show Demon Lord. You know how these things go Power brings about Challenges and having a powerful Dragon, Kitsune, Vampire, etc.. they will eventually Clash without you doing a thing so relax and Enjoy the show. Why waste the effort to push pieces around when they will do it themselve?

Azazyel

Yeah he realizes that and thinks on how Kuyo's pride will force a confrontation.
