Reminder for Subscription Tier (Patreon)

If you are a supporter with a higher level of subscription, I would appreciate a reminder of your contribution as when payments come through, I receive no information on who is paying when, or your particular subscription so I have to go through my messages to find out the tier of supporter and what they wanted updated last month to guess at when the money came in.
