Sorry for the delay yall, the holidays and shopping mixed with my eyes still bugging me has made this a hard week, but I have an eye exam on the 26th so lets hope good news. Also One Piece has been absolutely insane and I can't wait to watch more!

If you think about it, Saul saved Luffy's life. When Luffy got stabbed by Crocodile and was left for dead in the desert and Robin came to save him she said "Why do you fight?..you who carry the name of 'D'". Her curiosity of Luffy who is fighting for someone similar to how Saul fought for her. Also joining the strawhats afterwards because another 'D' saved her life. And you probably figured out that Robin didn't destroy any ships. It was most likely the ships that Saul destroyed that the government pinned that crime on her to justify the high bounty(maybe using her devil fruit as a reason for her being able to somehow destroy those ships)

Episode 278 is one of my favorites out of the whole show. Robin her whole life was just people telling her to die, and being targeted because of her bounty. When she realized that the straw hats were the friends she was waiting for I shed a tear.
