I love how Bebin is introduced as this evil-looking snake guy that is against the protagonist and assassinating people, but then you gradually see that he's actually one of the most trustworthy people in the castle and is secretly just trying to keep both princes safe. Especially compared to Domas or Apeas which a lot of people initially trust, but then you gradually see that they have their own personal and political motivations that they care about more than the princes' lives. One of the many great subversions in this show.
