Well...yeah of course Ujiko is a regular doctor living a second life, cause he’s the same doctor that told Deku he’d never develop a quirk back in episodes 1 & 2 lol. Idk if someone’s already told you that or not, but he’s the same voice actor in both subbed and dubbed and has the exact same design.
