during Milim's backstory, u will see Guy and a Fairy(Ramiris older form) welcoming Milim as demon lord .These three are the oldest demon lords

For reference, Diablo is black primordial and Guy Crimson is the red primordial. In demon realm, they were the strongest. Used to.fight each other but none can emerge as the winner. But now, some would say that Guy can defeat defeat Diablo now since Diablo lost his desire to be the strongest unlike Guy. Diablo just find it boring to be on the top, or the strongest. Hes really unique chatacter. A little spoiler, later in the anime, Guy would even find Rimuru more interesting due to the fact that Black Primordial is now his subordinate. :)

The whole thing with Frey owing Clayman is not fully explained in the anime. Clayman finds out Frey is worried about the resurrection of Charybdis so Clayman promises Frey to take care of it by manipulating events to have Milim be the one who destroys Charybdis (because she'll be able to). Now he wants Frey to give Milim the necklace because he's changed his original plan to create a Demon Lord to control (so as to able to control enough Demon Lords' votes to make decisions among the Demon Lords). Oh, and Guy is actually the first Demon Lord.

They are not just the strongest... they are part of the first 7 demons whos names are all colors (Noir, Rouge, vert, bleu, jaune, blanc, violet) which we eventually meet all of them in the series (each color is a lineage of demons aka there are 7 different families of demons) .... Rouge is stronger cause he was summoned first... The story explains why later.... But demons are classed by ages in history, there primordial the first , Prehistoric, ancient, medieval, early modern, modern, late modern.... It has to do with the fact that the older the demon is the stronger they are....
