the feeling of being caught up to a series. Guess it's waiting time for another season. And yes, that fight was awesome and it's good to see Bell not winning all the time cause it won't be interesting if they win all the time. It helps him to progress even further as a character. And yes, as you can see, Asterius is as strong as Ottarl - well, they are of the same level currently. Glad they didn't kill off Asterius since it is nice to see Bell having a rival

2021-10-01 13:20:52 Okay so here's some context for this episode and episode 11 Darius, EP 11 : a fun little detail that was not obvious and also left out from the VN. If you remember the slash that Bell did to Aiz after she knocked away one of his daggers and tried to for the "finishing blow", Im sure u recall but Aiz told Bell when they trained before the war with Apollo that the attacker will be at their most vulnerable when going for a finisher or finishing blow. Bell remembered that very well and in that moment when Bell went 360 and slashed at Aiz, the face was like what you said, Bell not wanting to hurt Aiz, however under any other certain circumstance, Bell couldve literally killed Aiz cause she left herself open, which then she realized that she left an opening which was that small pause before she got a bit ticked off and gave Bell the bitch kick and sent him flying towards the door. Kinda of like a unspoken "I couldve done something way worse but I didnt" moment which was clearly seen in Bell's face during the slowmo. Another fun detail is that Aiz also stopped trying to kill Wiene because of another factor, which was the relation she had with her. What's the relation you ask? Well if you remember from Sword of Oratoria, Aiz was left alone by her parents. "All Alone". Sound familiar? Yes Wiene was in a similar pinch, left "All Alone" which was another factor that made Aiz stop in her attempts to kill Wiene. EP 12 : So a fun little fact that was left out in Bell vs Asterius is that during their fight when they were in the middle of the crowd in the Town Square looking place. As Bell and Asterius kept clashing, Bell eventually grinned and so did Asterius because their battle was a call back to Bell's first "adventure" which Bell then repeated saying to himself as they fought "This is my adventure". As for the final moments if you're wondering whats up with Eina at the end. Well lets just say we didnt get the almighty Eina lap pillow moment like we did in the LN. Bell cried for ages but not with the tears of a boy but the tears of a man. Someone who has grown heavily in the recent events, and Eina recognized that. Soon you will see the immense changes that Bell went through take place in the next season (although he still thinks he hasnt changed L o l) Alongside with how things will change for the Hestia Familia, although one things for certain, Bell is no longer hated, but now is admired and respected, quite obvious how that came to be (*Bell vs Asterius yessir). Newspaper : luckily survived? Sure but a hella alot of people ranging from Gods, People, Adventurers saw that final showdown soooo there's that. People will still recognize Bell as someone who held his own against one hell of a fucking monster and came back a l i v e. thats about it on some minor details that I enjoyed from the LN that were sadly missed out on the anime. If ever Darius try going back and reading the LN although I doubt u have time for such things. We shall now wait for season 4 which I am assuming that will cover Vol 12-13 of the LN and boy oh boy are u in for a treat on Vol 12. Hope they give it a lot of justice and ngl I'd be fine for Vol 12 to be one whole season cause I enjoyed it so much. Hope you keep up the fire content Darius! Also I suggest watching this one youtuber who has a "Cut Content" series on Danmachi (AniNews) so that you can understand some more lore and content on danmachi, no worries no spoilers for other seasons cause he keeps it strict to within what Volumes to what the anime covers. anyways glhf on your anime reactions Darius! I think Ottarl is just max stats. He wasn’t event the strongest adventurer anyways but yeah, they’re the same level it just happens that ottarl is maxed
