2021-10-01 13:42:19 FYI normally if you were to touch an Elf, even accidentally, it wouldn't be that rare for ANY AND ALL ELVES within immediate proximity to merc you to death, before anyone would even realize it. This is cuz Elves are huge fucking racists in Danmachi setting, as they consider themselves the Purest race, as closest to the Gods in Purity levels (which is fake and gay, cuz technically the Purest and thus closest to Gods are the Spirit race, but they are mega rare, which may or may not have a correlation to each other), and all Elves are essentially raised up to be like this, so by adulthood times, it's essentially almost instinctual due to indoctrination. So, they rly only permit people rly close to them to touch them, generally speaking, and generally it's other Elves that are close anyway, so this just reinforces the bigotry. So rly if you ain't Bell or Syr, you'd get fucking merc'd if you touched Ryu, ay LMAO. Altho yeah she ain't as bigoted as Elves who haven't fallen so low already as it is, so it's not exactly the same per se, but like I said, it's bordering on instinctual so I wouldn't be surprised if she reacted to any accidental physical contact before she would even realize it, given her reflexes as per her Level of an Adventurer (as noted by others, she's an AGI-type melee fighter) Also as you can see, the Takemikazuchi Familia are basically Master-of-all-Trades fighters, because they are rly extensively trained by Take himself, who is a God of Thunder & Sword (he himself can defeat like up to Level 2 Adventurers 1v1, even tho as a God, he is practically no different from vanilla humans, as the only thing making Gods superior to normies, is their Arcanum, which they aren't permitted to use on Gekai, as per their agreement before descending to the very realistic Hardmode Permadeath game that is Real Life. 1v2 he'd be fucked against even noobiest of Level 2 Adventurers) And yeah, Bell has insane Gaze Detection range, cuz Freya fucking stalks him 24/7 when he's outside, from her penthouse on top of Babel, which is the tower stacked on top of the Dungeon entrance. So Bell literally got a non-Falna based passive ability from being creeped tf out by a full-on yandere goddess, which works on anyone who is at all LOOKING at him w/ eyes, no matter the direction.
