You didn't really miss much, but the light novels were a lot more clear and detailed. Hope you don't mind the super long comment about lore. Super-tiered magic: This magic is more powerful than tier 10 magic (normally the strongest magic), but it has an absurdly long cast-time and cool-down time making it difficult to use in combat. The light novel goes into detail about typical strategies that are used in combat. Instead of using mana, super tiered magic drains exp. I think he means cash shop items can't reduce the cast time, but some rare gacha items (where you pay for a random item and hope its a good one) can. Shooting star: The ring lets you use the specific spell, Wish upon a star, 3 times without a long cast time or sacrificing exp. It's not 3 times daily, but three times total before the item is useless. That's even more important because everyone in this world is so low-leveled, it's effectively impossible for Ainz and his guardians to regain any lost exp. World Level Items: Generally Divine (or God Tier) items are the highest tier of magical items. However, there were roughly 200 world tier items scattered throughout the game. All of them are extremely powerful, and their effects can't be blocked or countered without the use of another world level item.
