I kinda hope, Marduk will be a grey villain instead of someone like Ranach. Like, that he has reasons for doing what he does and despite his arrogant nature, he still somewhat cares for those dogs and felines, just in his own over the top way. Still, hopefully he didnt kill Father or anything like that. I wonder if he also has connections to the matriarch and that all this strange behavior from the capital is somewhat connected to him.
