I'm starting to think its Asmundr's name for their registered tribe because Nord sounds very Earth-like and the Earth dogs do everything they can to preserve the memory of their home. But it could also be Meteor and Whispervale conjourning together as one tribe, making them possibly the Captial of the North because of how large this would make them all together.

If Meteor and Whispervale becomes one tribe- then i'm curious to see how they'd figure out their culture, tribe symbol and paint. Also where they'd live and their territory.

Iirc, combined tribes end up combing their cultures or stick to just the one that's more... dominant? Since the new MT doesn't have a culture to follow, they could end up adapting to Whispervale's if that was the case.
