Not sure if Ranach looks determined to prove himself worthy and weasel himself to the top or if he's disappointed because that's not the kind of leader he expected. Probably both, probably neither. Anyway, Romé to the rescue! :D

I don't trust Ranach. That look seems leaning towards the "Well, fu... The "true" Matriarch is dead, now what am I gonna do?" He's not thinking that with any amount of apprehension though (In my opinion.) Remember his personality? Cunning and charismatic? Charming, even? But definitely manipulative and he obviously will come up with a new plan. Romé is such an awesome character! Just from the little we have seen him, I know he is a diamond in the rough. Can't wait to see his interaction with Jahla!

Wow what an awesome "throne" for Lykenia!! I adore her. <3 What animal made those giant horns/tusks for the throne, are there giant antelope or elephant type animals on aedra?

That was such a smart move from Lykenia. Ranach is looking frustrated because he realized that he wouldn't get Southspear's help anytime soon. I wonder what will be his new plan... trying to get on Lykenia's side enough for her to help him? Overthrow the tribe? Also it's getting quite obvious by now that Lykenia took charge of the tribe very recently. Maybe the old matriarch died during a rebellion. Hmm...

Now that you mention it. What a plot twist it would be if Liari and her sons were loyal to the old matriarch, are actually not as nice as they seem - well, except Ralei, he never seemed very friendly x) - and were banished after Lykenia took over.
