A brand new base of the Royale, while the KingsHall is an updated older base. Both breeds come with 2 coat types.
Base and lines may be altered to change the gender.

So, for those of us at the level to get these - are we allowed to make characters for friends, or to sell? Or are these for personal use only? Just wanted to get a solid answer - I hope you don't take any offense, I just want to know what is allowed (such as having to let a friend know they can't resell, or knowing I can't give one to a friend, etc).

You´re allowed to sell or give away completed designs with these bases, but you can´t give the actual base to someone else (:
