I’ve been triggered, and am reporting as my training dictates. Reason: Tribe Encounter.

Forgive the scrawl as I gather myself– this is the first time I’ve been snapped awake outside of my normal rhythm– but even so, I would not have expected the first encounter with another Tribe to begin while I was mid…’experimentation’.


It appears to be a single individual, tall, with messy ringlets of hair under a wide hat, but given how far drawn the day’s curtain is I’d need to move closer to see more of her. Thankfully, because of my position relative to the light, they have yet to pick up on my attire (or lack thereof), giving me time to change into something more disarming, if the occasion dictates.


I have been detected though. Waved at. And so some response is necessary; a response I am hoping my Keeper can help me with– to the point I have spent a little of my own En to nudge their attention toward my tome. I do hope that my Keeper forgives me for the impertinence…but then, can I really be blamed when I’m compelled to do this?

I'd want her to act curious but humble and kind. Asking questions of the man while willing to offer what she can to the stranger, including to visit her dwelling with what food and beverage she can offer.
