FAQ: I just signed up to Pin Club, what happens next? (Patreon)

Thank you to all new Club Members who have joined over the last month. As this may be your first experience in my Club, I thought I would give you a quick break down of what happens next.

Payment

Patreon payments take up to 10 days to process from the first of the month.

If your payment is declined within the first 10 days of any month and Patreon then succeeds in processing it at a later date, you must let me know through Private Message. Patreon does not notify me of payments after the first week of the month, so I need you to make me aware if this happens. I will then send you your pin club parcel once payment is confirmed through my members manager.

Passwords and Discounts

Once payments are received, I will send out Passwords to the exclusive Pin Club Members area of  my Online Store. Discount Codes are available for lower tier members. Upper tier members receive free shipping allowing them to add items from my store to their Pin Club Parcel.

You have until the middle of the month to add items from my store to your orders. A date is specified each month when I send the Password and Discount Codes.

Please note that I need to order T Shirts separately and T-Shirt Tier parcels are sent out later than others once the garments arrive.

Continued Subscription

In the second half of the month, I will post mock ups or photos of the pins for the following month. You can choose to change to a higher tier and get more rewards for that month, lower your tier but still be able to keep in touch and support my work without receiving a physical reward or unsubscribe from the Club completely. 

Club Subscriptions come with no ongoing obligation, you can "come and go" as you please. Make sure you keep an eye on future Club Pins updates so you do not miss out.
